The lack of real compassion is shocking. After passing a multi-trillion dollar tax cut for their richest donors they've proposed a budget that recoups that money from programs that benefit the poorest Americans. Including children. They will balance the budget, but it will be on the backs of the poor and middle-class. With that level of callousness, their treatment of immigrant children really shouldn't be a surprise.
